Each hut has room for four adults to sleep comfortably (although two will be on the top bunk). If you have more than four, we have pods and a mini hut available as an add-on. They neighbour the huts, and act as an extra bedroom. The pods have two single beds, and the mini-hut has a double.
To cancel please call the Hall on 01254 812010. The deposit is non-refundable, nor can a stay be cancelled within a month of the arrival date.
The deposit is 50% of the total price.

Where are you located?
In the heart of Lancashire, mid-way between Preston and Blackburn, just three minutes from junction 31 on the M6.
Free parking is available on the hamlet site. If you have an extra car you can park it on the main car park of the Hall.
The nearest train stations are Blackburn and Preston. The number 59 Stagecoach bus travels between the two towns, and stops just outside the gates.

There are two types of huts available. The only difference are the beds; while most have double beds arranged as bunks, there are a few that have a single daybed below (plus a truckle bed below that one; ideal for a couple with two children, or anyone staying a few days).
A torch if you want to explore the grounds, Don’t forget plates and cutlery if you are looking to BBQ! We sell both small and large BBQ’S along with cool bags and ice.

Please note that during some very hot and dry weather spells, fires and bbq's may not be permitted due to the fire risk.
Tea and coffee making facilities are already in the hut.
You can view our access statement here. Unfortunately the size of the huts do mean accessibility is limited. The possibility of a more-accessible hut is being explored however.
You can ask! We can’t guarantee, as we are limited by logistics, but will endeavour to get you into the hut you want.
Outside only please, provided you dispose of your butts responsibly. The huts have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. If you are found to have smoked inside the hut a cleaning charge will be added to your bill.
Yes, all huts have a sink, WC and a hot shower. Towels and a bathmat are also provided.
We can't allow dogs in all the huts, but we do have special dog friendly huts at £10 extra per night - please ask!
Anytime between 3pm and 5pm. A late check-in can be arranged on request. We can offer early check ins at an additional cost of £10, subject to availability.

We’re in a prime position to explore Manchester, Blackpool, Liverpool and of course our local Preston. Closer to home we neighbour Brockholes Nature Reserve and Huntley’s Farm Shop.
We do. Our restaurant serves a Full English Tuesday to Sunday, alongside a selection of cereals, toast, and breakfast drinks. For an earlier start we can provide a small continental breakfast hamper.
The pods are still available, but only as an addition to the Huts. They work best if you have a party of six, as each sleeps two.
They have full central heating and are designed to keep the heat in during winter, and the sun out during summer. The en-suite has hot running water also.
Of course. We have low-wattage electricity in the huts, and the sockets come with a USB port.
No – the space is too small to accommodate any cooking facilities, but we do sell BBQ kits for £6.
You can. We provide the fire bowl, along with logs, kindling, fire starters and matches for £8. We also have sell BBQ kits if you’re planning an outdoor feast.
Yes, all the beds are made up on your arrival and 4 towels and one bath mat are also provided.
Yes we just recommend that you don’t use any other appliance at the same time.
yes, Each hut has it's own picnic table and chairs, but you are welcome to bring your own.
