Samlesbury Hall

Coronavirus COVID-19: Our beautiful Hall and grounds are sadly temporarily closed to the public during this difficult time.  If you wish to contact us please call 01254 812010, or if you cannot get through please email reception@samlesburyhall.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

To contact our wedding team, Sasha has access to her emails so please do say hello - weddings@samlesburyhall.co.uk

If you have a booking in either our restaurant or our Shepherd's Huts, we will be delighted to postpone your booking until a later date when we are able to open again.

If you wish to be able to support us and can't wait to visit again when we open our doors again, we have gift vouchers available for redeeming when we reopen to the public.  You can buy them online HERE.  They are delivered straight to your email inbox so make a perfect gift if you are looking for a present to send in lockdown!

Welcome to Samlesbury Hall, one of the stunning stately homes of Lancashire, a haven for history lovers, where the past meets the present - a fantastic, free family day out. What will you discover?

Please make sure to always visit our opening times before you travel.

There is no charge to enter the Hall and grounds when we are open and guided tours are also free on Sundays!

The much needed income for our charity (526052) comes in as a result of selling our own food and drink. Therefore we do not allow food and drink to be brought in and eaten, which includes picnicking in the grounds.

“Visited today for the first time with my Mother and my daughter. We had a superb lunch in the restaurant followed by a leisurely stroll around the house and grounds. An excellent day. Will certainly recommend!” More »
