We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you to the Hall, and have the following positions available for one or two week’s work.

Tuesday to Friday, 9am – 4pm

Hospitality Work Experience

Work in the Heritage Café and Dottie’s Wafflery, and back of house Bar work

Duties may include:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking food and drinks orders
• Using EPOS software (Till systems)
• Assisting with the bar stock count
• Communicating with chefs
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
• Clearing tables, ensuring all areas clean and tidy
• Setting tables
• Taking food to customers
• Serving ice-creams and waffles

This is a hands on position, where you will learn valuable customer service skills.  You will join our friendly and welcoming team, and gain a real insight into the hospitality sector.

Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm

Grounds & Maintenance Work Experience

Working with Chris/Steve/Geoff/Ian

Duties may include:

• Keeping the grounds clean and tidy, including litter picking
• Gardening, for example weeding, clearing woodland areas as instructed by Grounds team
• General assistance with the maintenance team (various jobs)

This is a varied position and hands on, you must wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather
