We are collaborating with our friend Julian Kaye, a “keeper of the Quaich” at the Wright Wine Company, to bring you an evening of warming whiskies and award winning food.

Upon arrival, enjoy a whisky with some delicious canapes. Once seated, we will then taste 3 whiskies before dinner, each carefully chosen and explained by our trusted expert. After mains, we will try a whisky paired with dessert and a final whisky to end as a nightcap.

Canapes ~ Mini Thai Fishcakes, Sweet Chilli Mayonnaise Crispy Panko Coated Haggis, Bramley Apple Puree Chicken Liver Pate, Toasted Brioche, Pancetta Jam Goats Cheese & Watermelon

To Start 

Spiced Butternut Veloute, Pickled Squash, Chives and Parmesan

To Follow 

Braised Short-Rib, Carrot Puree, Baby Vegetables, Red Wine Jus

To Finish 

Brioche Bread & Butter Pudding, Whisky Anglaise, Jaffa Cake Ice Cream

£49 per person  OR  Why not make a night of it and stay over in one of our luxurious Shepherd’s Huts* for just £159.00 per couple.
