Summer Holiday Fun with Betsy Bumblebee

Fun this summer for children (and adults!)

Betsy Bumblebee is back again for more family fun in August, with a different story each week!  Enjoy crafts, treasure hunts and original stories in a 14th Century Hall.

The activities are suitable for children aged 3 – 11 years old, please be aware that children will need to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.  The cost is £5 per child.  We strongly recommend you book tickets online (via the link below) as we cannot guarantee a space if you turn up on the day!

Week Four

August 21st - 24th

The Craft:  Build your very own theatre with props and cast

The Hunt:  Complete the celebrity hunt around the Hall to secure a treat.

10:30am: Crafts in the Ascroft

11:15am: Storytelling with Betsy in the Chapel

11:45am: Free time for children to do their craft and the treasure hunt (this can take as much time as you need!)

Don’t forget to visit the Mayflower playground and play trail in the woods, as well as our small animals and Bee Centre.

There is no charge for parking and entry to the Hall & grounds is completely free.   Please be aware that we don’t allow picnics for this reason – our charity relies on the money we make from the delicious food & drink we sell which enables us to keep our doors open for free! You can book a table on the link below.
