Added: 17 January 2012We had our wedding reception here in December 11 and it was such an amazing day - everything was perfect, the food (and wine) was delicious and the staff were great. Thanks to Sharon, Angela and all the staff and special thanks to Howard - our guests loved the ghost tour!

Added: 17 January 2012I have now stayed at the hall over night on 2 occassions, the first on Halloween where we had alot of bumps and bags, also hair being tugged on the women with Blonde Hair, children giggling. We stayed again on Friday 13th Jan 2012 with the local Medium where we had unbelieveable happening from images of the white lady in the grounds, little girls running round the hall, Groans and growls but most of hall a full image of a cloaked figure in the great hall which was amazing. Added: 03 January 2012I like Samlesbury Hall and have played the piano there during a wedding. To find that i have the same surname as descendent Gilbert and my middle name is Thomas and that i have a daughter called Elisha is uncanny. Does this mean that this place is my ancestral home? Well worth a visit.
