For the third year running the Restaurant has been awarded Taste Lancashire's 'Highest Quality' award. All our food is freshly prepared by our chefs, headed by Keith Dalton who gives his diners the best food in Lancashire, and certainly the best that any stately home offers.
Transformed from an old billiard room into the tranquil setting it offers today, the restaurant is a must for the lovers of good food and service. Keith chooses meat daily from Leyland and Longridge butchers, bringing Forest of Bowland lamb, beef, pork, fowl and sausages a hop, skip and a jump from here, while our seafood travels a short trip from the Lancashire fishing town of Fleetwood.
The decision is yours, from the soup which is made in our kitchens, to a delicious lunch and a scrumptious chef made pudding! The restaurant is serviced with a fully stocked bar, from a Samlesbury Merlot to a pint of Guinness, the choice is extensive, just ask Maria.

At Christmas we have a delicious festive menu and booking is recommended and vital for parties of 8 or more. £5 per person deposit required. We are also open for that very special Christmas Day lunch.
